Q: What is a project?
A: A project is a way to group your feature flags. Users, and SDK clients, from one project, can not access other projects. A good example are two development teams that work in the same company, but on two different products. You don't want to give access to all developers who work on product A to feature flags from product B, and vice versa.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We offer a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Afterwards we charge a monthly payments depending on your pricing plan. Cancel any time.
Q: What languages you provide support for?
A: We currently provide an SDK for JavaScript/TypeScript. We plan to release more SDKs in the future. Our API is WebSocket based, and implementing your own SDK should be easy - if you want to do that.
Q: What types of feature flags I can create?
A: We support 4 different types of feature flags. An integer that represent an whole number. A float that represents a decimal number. A boolean which can have two states: true or false/on or off. And a string that can contain any textual value. Please note: our flags are not encrypted and are not meant to be used as configuration values (for example injecting passwords / connection strings to application). They are meant purely for remote feature toggling.
Q: I don't want you to sell my data!
A: We are a small, bootstrapped SaaS. We hate VCs, advertisement, and services that sell our data. We are trying to create a sustainable business with a pricing model that covers the value we offer. We do not harvest, sell, re-sell, give-away, donate, or publish any of your personal data. Nor we require you to provide any business information aside from the feature flags, and payment method (the 14-day trial is free, and does not require credit card details).
